About Us
L Sharp Productions is a full service mobile DJ company that offers Karaoke/DJ services, music bingo, and our own custom trivia.
We bring over 20 years of experience, entertaining at bars and restaurants, weddings, and pretty much every kind of event or party you could imagine.
L sharp consists of our Founder/Owner Laura Luchtman, our Marketing Director/Manager Dawn DeVolder and 15 part-time DJs who are passionate about entertaining and love what they do.

Meet Laura
Music and people have always been my passion. Which is why I have spent half my life (22 years) in the DJ business. I started when I was 21 and worked for two premier entertainment companies in southeast Michigan for several years.
I graduated from the Specs Howard school of Broadcast Arts in 2004 and was “On the Air” at radio stations in Saginaw and Port Huron. I loved being on the radio but my favorite thing was always being out with the people when we would broadcast live. I love to see the joy that music brings to people and entertaining them.
I started L Sharp Productions in July 2017 while I was actually taking a break from DJing. A dear friend wanted me to DJ his wedding and asked me “Why don’t you start your own company?” and that’s when my whole life changed. Originally the focus was on doing private parties and weddings but then in 2019 the opportunity came to expand into the bars and restaurants and I jumped on it. Waking up every day and getting to do what you love is one of the greatest joys and blessings in my life.

L Sharp Productions is a family of highly talented DJs and Entertainers. We LOVE music and excel at interacting with crowds to make your event unforgettable.
Our DJs come from many walks of life. Some have full-time careers and DJ on the side, others are full-time students and DJ to pay their way through college, and others are full-time DJs working with L Sharp to provide extraordinary customer service to our many great clients.
